"Spam Prevention"

There are a lot of things that you can do to minimise spam.

My Outlook favourite may be useful.

1 Outlook Message Options button

This used to be shown, but in the interest of allowing more paying spam it was removed from default.

1 Click on File menu and select 'Options'

2 In the Options menu, click on 'Quick Access Toolbar'

3 Select 'Commands Not in the Ribbon'
4 Scroll down to 'Options'
5 Click 'Add'
6 Check that 'Show Quick Access Toolbar' box is ticked
7 Click 'OK' to save
8 Outlook will now show the 'Options'box in the Toolbar

8 To use, Go to your Inbox

Highlight an email
Go up and click the little icon in the quick access toolbar
You will get the Properties box
Gently scroll down and you will find the actual email address of the sender and possibly a reply to address
If the addresses don’t look reasonable, close the box, delete the email

That may have removed another one.
Look closely though, as even government departments now 'Outsource' mail.
